Kyle Rogers is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of leadership experience across the private sector supply chain and logistics industry, where he has witnessed firsthand the mental health challenges faced by blue-collar workers and developed a deep commitment to making a meaningful difference.

As Co-Founder of One of Us Foundation Limited, Kyle combines extensive operational expertise with a passionate advocacy for mental health, community wellbeing, and the destigmatisation of help-seeking in high-pressure industries. He has held senior leadership roles across some of Australia’s leading logistics and supply chain organisations.

As Chair of the Board of Directors, Kyle leads the Foundation’s governance framework, ensures strategic alignment with its charitable purpose, and champions a culture of accountability, transparency, and impact — driving the Foundation’s mission to make early intervention and mental health support accessible to every Australian worker.
