PARTNER WITH US
Strengthen Harm Prevention in Your Organisation

One of Us Foundation works alongside organisations to build genuine harm prevention capability — not just tick compliance boxes.

When people in your organisation are experiencing escalating distress, family violence, substance misuse, or suicidal risk, having access to immediate, confidential professional intervention makes a measurable difference to safety and outcomes.

We provide organisations with access to a confidential support service delivered by licensed mental health professionals, combining crisis support, behaviour change counselling, and harm prevention programs. As a registered charity, our sole focus is on impact. All surplus is reinvested into expanding access to support for those who need it most.

What Your Organisation Enables Access To

We provide a comprehensive ecosystem of support that assists individuals through early intervention and harm prevention.

Emergency Harm Intervention

We provide confidential crisis support for individuals at risk of harm. Delivered by licensed mental health professionals via phone, online, and in-person, this service intervenes to prevent self-harm, suicide, violence, and other escalating situations. It includes rapid risk assessment, crisis de-escalation, stabilisation, and short-term follow-up to ensure individuals are safely supported and connected to ongoing care.

Behaviour Change Counselling

We deliver structured counselling for individuals engaging in or at risk of harmful behaviours. This service is provided by qualified mental health professionals and focuses on behavioural assessment, therapeutic intervention, and personalised behaviour change planning. It supports individuals to reduce harmful behaviours, improve emotional regulation, and build safer coping strategies.

Harm Prevention Programs

Our prevention programs focus on early intervention to reduce harm before it occurs. We deliver workshops and training that strengthen early intervention responses, improve risk identification, and build safer environments in workplaces and communities. These programs help prevent violence, abuse, and self-harm by addressing risk early and strengthening protective factors.

Difficult Conversations

Frameworks for addressing
performance concerns that may be rooted in underlying mental health or life pressures.

Duty of Care

Understanding the manager’s role in the wellbeing journey and how to re-engage employees after they’ve accessed support.

Our Approach

One of Us Foundation is a registered charity.

We do not operate as a workplace service or internal support function. Instead, we provide independent, professional support focused on harm prevention, early intervention, and behaviour change.

Partnerships help enable access to this support, but all services are delivered in line with our charitable purpose and for the benefit of individuals and families.

By supporting early intervention and access to care, partnerships contribute to safer outcomes for individuals, families, and the broader community.

Confidentiality & Governance

The success of our services depends on Trust. If people fear their information isn’t safe, they won’t reach out when it matters most. Our confidentiality model is designed to remove every barrier to help-seeking.

✓ No Individual Data: We never share names or specifics.

✓ Aggregated Insights: Receive de-identified high-level usage trends to help you identify cultural patterns.

✓ Charitable Integrity: Our focus is strictly on clinical outcomes and human impact.
