Emma Weekley is a Clinical Psychologist and Director of the Melbourne Stress Reduction Clinic, with qualifications including a Master of Psychology (Clinical) and memberships with the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS) and the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA). Working from a primarily psychodynamic orientation, Emma helps individuals understand the underlying causes of their distress while building practical skills to better manage their emotions, creating a warm, non-judgemental space where people feel safe to navigate their healing journey. Her areas of particular interest include anxiety, depression and stress management, and adjustment-related difficulties.
Emma partners with One of Us Foundation to support our community and counselling services, bringing her clinical depth and compassionate approach to individuals seeking to be seen, heard, and understood. Her belief that our relationship with ourselves shapes every other relationship in our lives aligns closely with the Foundation’s mission — helping people build genuine insight and emotional resilience, not just manage symptoms in a moment of crisis.
