OneTALK is One of Us Foundation’s flagship community program. Rather than operating a traditional crisis helpline, we focus on prevention — through accessible education, connection, and early intervention.
Delivered as subsidised breakfast events in Melbourne and Sydney, each OneTALK session is led by a qualified mental health counsellor, psychologist, or specialist practitioner. Sessions are funded through charitable donations, sponsorships, and fundraising activities, making them accessible to the broader community.
Events are promoted on this website, via Eventbrite, and through other public channels to encourage widespread participation.
OneTALK sessions focus on practical mental fitness and harm-prevention topics, including:
Here’s how we guide you through support, step by step.

A complete Workplace Assistance Program for organisations of any size — a fee-for-service model that funds the Foundation's charitable work.
Subsidised telehealth counselling for OneTALK participants and One of Us Members, funded in part by OneProgram fees and donations.
